+While driving through the urbanisation, please drive slow and carefully, there are plenty of kids all around during summer.  
+You never know from where they will come, and there are a lot of bushes which could hide them.  
+People in the "urba" is always aware of this and looking for people not driving safely :-P

+Please keep the top floor BIGGER blinds down all the time except when you're there of course xD
